The acquisition and sales associate is responsible for identifying, analyzing, underwriting, and negotiating the acquisition and disposition of investment viable real estate assets. This role will utilize a multitude of trained investment strategies, supported by an advanced technology stack, and under the guidance of a highly seasoned principal with over 20 years industry success. This is a unique opportunity for driven entrepreneurial individuals with interest in deal making, real estate, and arbitrage to study and learn real estate investment alongside an experienced team of active investors. We are fully funded with millions in private capital, and our agents historically acquire and dispose of more than 25 assets annually. This is a full time, commission-based position. Real estate experience is not necessary.
