John Germaine

John Germaine is the founder, manager, and heart of Duval Home Buyers. A Florida native, John spent his youth in the Orlando area near Winter Park before attending Florida State University, where he graduated in 1996 with a double major in real estate and finance. After marrying childhood sweetheart Dana, he moved to Jacksonville to set down roots. During the real estate crash of 2008, John was on the frontlines as a real estate broker. In 2008, he founded his brokerage Wholesale Realty LLC, before founding Duval Home Buyers LLC, where he looked to use his experience to help sellers find a way to sell during the worst of the market downturn. John’s passion and determination have helped Duval Home Buyers grow to new bounds. Duval Home Buyers is now an extremely tight-knit team of veteran agents and operators, offering more than 50 years of combined local real estate experience to Jacksonville’s sellers. Since founding his company in 2008, John has been a part of more than 5,000 transactions, helping thousands of local homeowners sell their homes in an easier and better way than ever before.

John is a member and supporter of the Jacksonville Real Estate Investors Association, and a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida. He has made numerous appearances on panels and Q&A’s, answering difficult questions for both homeowners and investors. John spends his free time volunteering at his church, surfing, playing golf, and supporting the Jacksonville Jaguars.
